Winthrop Golden Pale is inspired by the legendary Winthrop Gold Disc Golf Course in Rock Hill, SC—home to the prestigious US Disc Golf Championships.

This golden pale ale, clocking in at a sessionable 5.6% ABV, strikes the perfect balance between flavor and drinkability. With its smooth mouthfeel, Winthrop Golden Pale offers subtle floral, citrus, and herbal hop notes that play in harmony with a lightly sweet and smooth malt backbone.

Bursting with ripe orange and tangerine, this crisp West Coast Pilsner features subtle dank undertones and a whisper of blueberry. Dry-hopped to perfection, it’s brewed with modern hybrid lager yeast for added complexity. A clean, snappy finish highlights the citrus, blending craft traditions with innovative brewing techniques.

This Hazy IPA is a tribute to Clearwater, Florida—renowned for its typically sunny beaches and as the home of 12x Disc Golf World Champion Ken Climo. Known for its brilliance, even on cloudy days, Clearwater’s vibrant spirit shines through in this brew, crafted with over 80 pounds of Cara Cara Orange and Pink Guava purée. The fruit additions beautifully complement the hop profile, delivering a tropical burst of flavor that enhances the beer’s balance without overpowering it. A beer as legendary as its hometown hero!

Brewed for those who grind out the work week and play hard on the weekends. This balanced Hazy IPA has robust citrus character and notes of vibrant orange zest. It captures the essence of freshly squeezed citrus fruits, offering a palate-pleasing burst of flavors that are bright and invigorating. The juiciness is pronounced but maintains a delightful dryness, allowing the natural bitterness of zesty orange hop notes to shine through. 

This IPA is the epitome of balance. Simcoe hops lead the way to a slight citrusy, light piney hop profile with a kick of bitterness to round it all out.

This luxurious milk chocolate stout embodies pure chocolate bliss! Indulgent and rich, and velvety smooth with each sip, it’ll leave you craving for more!

We took our award-winning Triple Chocolate Milk Stout, Midnight Crave, and added 42lbs of Boysenberry puree to give this beer a nice fruity punch to cut through the rich chocolatey notes from the Milk Stout. It’s a beautiful combination!

This medium-bodied Cascadian Dark Ale boasts hints of dark chocolate and roasted maltiness that finishes with a big, earthy hop profile. 

This beautiful bright Double IPA was a collaboration with our Eastside friends at Worthy Brewing Company!

This beer was dry-hopped with 11 lbs each of Simcoe, Chinook, Citra, and Mosaic it delivers an explosion of tropical flavors like mango, papaya, and guava, complemented by the sweet notes of ripe stone fruit. Smooth and balanced, it finishes with a touch of bitterness, embodying the perfect harmony of a classic Double IPA. Cheers to new friends and delicious beers to savor!

This exceptional beer unites the rich flavors of our whiskey barrel-aged On Tour Barleywine and our bourbon barrel-aged Glow Round Imperial Stout. Each beer was matured for 12 months in barrels from Oregon Spirit Distillers. The result is a luxuriously smooth beer with layers of decadent dark chocolate, warming spice, dried fruit, and a whisper of vanilla bean.
