Tap List

updated 9/11/2026

POG Slammer – Fruited Sour – 4.5%

We teamed up with our favorite local ‘90s cover band, The Trapper Keepers, to brew this Passionfruit, Orange, Guava fruited kettle sour for the Bend Bands and Brewers Bash during the 2026 Bend Brews and Beyond! Just like their music, it’s a little sweet, a little sour—bright, tart, and bursting with flavor. Super refreshing and made for crushing while you rock out to your favorite throwbacks… or maybe even slam a few POGs of your own!

Mulligan – American Lager – 5%

This refreshing American Lager embodies the spirit of second chances. Mulligan delivers a crisp, clean taste with just a hint of sweetness, perfect for good times and even better company. Whether you’re celebrating a day on the trail, raising a toast on the tee, or kicking back with friends, this endlessly refreshing lager is the reward that keeps the adventure going.

Funday – Light IPA – 5.2%

Nate gave this batch a little extra oomph! Same easy-drinking base, but with a boost of Amarillo and Citra to bring more hop character to the party. Expect bright citrus, a touch of orange zest, and a crisp, refreshing finish. It drinks light, but leans just enough into IPA territory to keep things interesting. Low ABV, high crushability, and built for long, fun days!

Course Collector – Helles Lager – 5.3%

We’re raising a pint to celebrate two milestone achievements by a couple of the craziest disc golf course-collecting fanatics we know!

This past week, Val’s brother, Avery Jenkins, played his 2,000th disc golf course. And if you think that’s crazy, he played it alongside Kyle Harrop, owner of Horus Aged Ales, who was celebrating his 5,000th course!

These two course-collecting fools have been checking off courses all over the world, and Kyle’s record is going to be tough for anyone to match. But Avery’s certainly giving it a shot!

We’re hoisting this light, crisp, golden Helles Lager in honor of these two and this absolutely incredible feat. Here’s to 7,000 courses between them – and hopefully a little inspiration for you to get out there and play a round today!

Par Save – Pale Ale – 5.7%

Who doesn’t love a par save? This crisp, light-bodied pale ale is brewed for the perfect comeback. Bursting with citrusy hops and balanced by a lightly sweet malt backbone, Par Save is smooth, refreshing, and easy-drinking—just what you need to keep your round on course.

Lightning Strikes – West Coast IPA – 6.2%

Bold, electric, and built to crush! This West Coast IPA is fermented with lager yeast creating a clean finish that lets the hops truly strike—lighting up flavors of bright citrus, sweet tropical fruit, and ripe stone fruit.

Dawn Patrol – Breakfast Stout – 6.4%

For the early risers. The grinders. The ones who set the alarm before the sun and get after it while the rest of the world is still asleep. Whether you’re chasing first chair or an empty fairway – this one’s for you.

Dawn Patrol is a 6.4% Breakfast Stout brewed with rich chocolate, silky oatmeal, and smooth cold brew Vietnamese coffee. It’s bold, balanced with just the right roast, and built to fuel your post-adventure high-fives.

First Run – American IPA – 6.8%

A First Run is the most coveted, as it sets the standard for all that follow. This crisp American IPA is a taproom staple, crafted for the perfect balance of malt and hop. Bursting with bright citrus flavors, First Run features a subtle pine character and a touch of bitterness for a refreshing finish.

Black Ace – Cascadian Dark Ale – 7.2%

Black Ace Cascadian Dark Ale surprises with roasted malt, dark chocolate, and a bold, earthy hop finish. Medium-bodied and full of flavor, it’s a tribute to the unexpected—because sometimes the best shots don’t go exactly as planned.

Silver Medal – 2019 Best of Craft Beer Awards

Triple Mando – New Zealand IPA – 7.5%

Three standout New Zealand hops deliver a burst of tropical fruit and bright citrus. Moutere, Nectaron, Amplifire Riwaka, Amplifire Motueka, and Motueka Quantum Brite combine for vibrant notes of passionfruit, peach, pineapple, lime zest, and grapefruit with a crisp, refreshing finish.

Batch #500 – Double IPA – 9%

As we toast Nate for brewing our 500th batch, we’re also celebrating 7 incredible years of Bevel!
We’re beyond grateful for the community that welcomed us, the families who’ve grown alongside us, and the loyal locals who continue to show up and support us.

For this milestone batch, we’re proud to present this banger of a Double IPA, loaded with Citra and Mosaic hops. The result is a bold tropical, aromatic beer and just enough bite to remind you it means business.

Cheers to 500 batches, 7 years, and many more to come!
