2024 –
We drove up North for a third time this year to visit Champoux Farms in Toppenish, Washington and picked up 100lbs of Mosaic within minutes of them being harvested. In this West Coast IPA the tropical notes of pineapple, papaya, and passionfruit are balanced with the some dank and earthy green notes from the hops leaves.
In collaboration and celebration of the May 17th birthdays of brewers Nate and Jedi, they dreamed up this patio-sipping Maibock! This is a malt-forward lager, light-bodied with a a hint of sweetness followed by a bouquet of floral hop notes to compliment. Cheers, and Don’t Fret 40 – this may be just the beginning!
We were proud to celebrate 5 years of Bevel beers with this collaboration with our friends at Fort George Brewery! This smooth Double IPA boasts notes of sweet blueberry, orange zest and earthy pine.
This version of On Tour Barleywine demanded great patience as it gracefully aged for a year in a Whiskey Barrel from Oregon Spirit Distillers. The wait proved worthwhile, as the oak barrel essence accentuates the nuances of vanilla and spice.
