Bevel Craft Brewing was built from of our deep passion for India Pale Ales, and our commitment is reflected in our dedication to showcasing the unique attributes of hops in every brew we craft. In a world with over 140 hop varieties, we embrace the opportunity to pioneer hop-centric beers that push the boundaries of IPA conventions.

Our primary focus lies in crafting each beer with a distinctive balance of bitterness, hoppiness, and maltiness, catering to the diverse preferences of our fellow craft beer enthusiasts.


Our brewery is equipped with a 7-barrel brewhouse comprising a mash tun, kettle, and whirlpool, along with four 15-barrel fermentors and three 15-barrel brite tanks. While our size may be modest, it offers us the advantage of flexibility in crafting recipes, yet it also means that our beer offerings have a tendency to sell out swiftly.

Our dedicated team works tirelessly to maintain a diverse range of fresh, hop-forward ales to cater to a wide spectrum of tastes. Even for those who typically shy away from hoppy beers, we wholeheartedly encourage you to give our brews a chance; you might just be pleasantly surprised.

Nate Doss

Nate developed his passion for craft beer by traveling around the world playing Professional Disc Golf before diving into the world of homebrewing in 2012.

Since opening Bevel in 2019, Nate has been voted “Best Brewer” 4x by the Source Magazine People’s Choice Awards!

Curtis Nelson

Curtis graduated from Oregon State University with a degree in Brewing Science. After graduating he gained on-the-job experience from breweries like Firestone Walker, GoodLife, Sunriver, and Deschutes.
