The Brewhouse Has Landed!

The Brewhouse has landed! It was like Christmas morning, when the flat bed truck pulled into our parking lot loaded with our beautiful stainless steel brewhouse. And, for Nate, his smile from ear to ear clearly expressed that had just received the best present of his life. This incredible system was made specifically for us by Practical Fusion from just down the road and over the mountains in Oregon City, OR. We couldn’t be more pleased to work with the guys over there, and the engineering they did is top notch.

To accommodate for the smaller sized brewery space, we chose to go with a 7 barrel brewhouse which will fill up our soon-to-be-delivered 15 barrel fermentors made by Ss Brewtech. We now have lots of work to do to hook up the hard pipes, the electrical, the gas burner, the glycol system, and the water – –  but Nate has never been so in his element. It’s been quite an adventure so far, and we look forward to conquering this new challenge!
