Led by Chef Jason, the recipes featured on the Indodaddy Menu have deep roots in his family history. These dishes were inspired by his Oma (grandmother), who was born and raised in Jakarta, Indonesia. After spending part of her life in Holland, she eventually moved to the United States, bringing with her the treasured recipes and culinary traditions of her homeland. Chef Jason now honors this legacy by sharing these cherished family recipes through his creative fusion dishes.

The Indodaddy Menu offers a diverse selection of delicious, authentic options, each one crafted with care to highlight the rich flavors of Indonesian cuisine. A must-try is the Nasi Goreng, a savory Indonesian fried rice dish brimming with flavors that blend sweet, spicy, and umami in perfect harmony. Another popular choice is the Lumpia, a traditional Indonesian spring roll that is crispy on the outside and filled with a tasty mixture of meat and vegetables.
