Industry Plant Hazy IPA 5.6% – Using a new Erebus Hop the nose gives elements of blueberries and table grapes. A heavy dose of flaked wheat and flaked Oats gives a soft pillowy mouth feel with a slightly sweet and traditional resinous IPA finish.

Shiny Thing West Coast Saison 5.9% – Our beloved house strain of yeast fermented in stainless with 100% Oregon grown barley and hopped exclusively with Mosaic. Hoppy Saisons are one of our favorite beers, and the fact that this beer is fermented with a strain of yeast we isolated right here in Central Oregon makes it even radder. Our yeast throws some fruity esters very reminiscent of classic Belgian strains, with just a hint of banana, which pairs beautifully with Mosaic.
